Crafty Kids Station
Our Crafty Kids Program is an arts and crafts-focused session where our students can develop their fine motor skills, increase their dexterity, improve their hand-eye coordination, and boost their self-esteem. Here at TRYCC we encourage free self-expression and strive to create safe spaces in all facets of what we do.
B.U.G Program
Here at TRYCC, we are passionate about ensuring our students excel in the classroom. To this end, we joined the Kiwanis Bringing Up Grades program, which monitors students’ grades and rewards them for their accomplishments. We also allow our students to set realistic goals, partner with their peers, and progress as strong students in all facets of what we do.
Safe Program
Supporting All Families Equally (SAFE) is a newly implemented program to provide for our students and families as needed. Here at TRYCC, our service model is to provide for the whole child. This means viewing our students through a biopsychosocial lens while simultaneously supplying them with mental, emotional, and social support. Mental Health is a priority to our organization because emotional regulation can be tough for kids, but we strive to build resiliency to help our students healthily navigate through obstacles.
Literacy Program
Our Literacy Program is back and better than ever. During enrichment time, our students are tasked to choose from our diverse TRYCC library. Every book in our library is labeled with Lexile number and reading level. We want our kids to strive to read with their peers and excel when they feel comfortable.
