We are seeking a dedicated and energetic team member to empower and assist young individuals in our community. In this role, you will provide vital support, guidance, and intervention to youth facing various challenges, fostering their growth and resilience. Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis intervention and support to youth experiencing emotional or behavioral distress. 
  • Supervise youth activities, ensuring safety and adherence to program guidelines. 
  • Use motivational interviewing techniques to encourage personal growth and goal setting.

Experience & Skills:

  • Prior experience in mentoring youth in educational, community, or social service settings. 
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention methods and crisis management protocols. 
  • Background in behavioral health, social work, or related fields preferred. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and build rapport with young people. 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion.
